MotherPAC x WFP: Join us at Syndicate Wine Bar, April 20 at 6 PM!

Head over to downtown Beaverton and join us at Syndicate Wine Bar on April 20th, 2026, from 6pm – 8 pm!

On Monday, April 20, we’re gathering for something bigger than a fundraiser. We’re building a Washington County that works for all of us—not just the wealthy, not just the well-connected, but the working families who keep this society running while remaining invisible and under-supported.

Meet the candidates MotherPAC and the Oregon Working Families Party are betting on:

đź’Ą Nafisa Fai â€“ Washington County Chair

đź’Ą Blayne Soleymani-Pearson â€“ Washington County Commission, District 2
đź’Ą Dr. Tammy Carpenter â€“ State Representative, House District 27

These leaders were chosen by our endorsement committee of parents and care providers because they understand: without the workforce behind the workforce, our society would come to a screeching halt. Yet caregivers—disproportionately women of color, especially Black and Indigenous women—receive little recognition and even less compensation. This isn’t an accident. It’s a system rooted in racism and sexism that keeps our work invisible.

At The Mother PAC, we know having a PAC isn’t enough. If the voices of mothers and caregivers aren’t centered and leading, we’re just replicating the same broken structures. We believe all women deserve fewer barriers and more opportunities. And we’re organizing to make it happen.

Join Us:
When: Monday, April 20 | 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Where: Syndicate Wine Bar (12620 SW 1st St, Beaverton, OR 97005)
Tickets: $25 | $50 | $100 – every dollar powers grassroots campaigns fighting for working families

RSVP HERE for a ticket!

This will be a relaxed, community-centered gathering. Come meet the candidates. Connect with neighbors. Be part of building people-powered politics locally.

And here’s where I need you: Can you forward this invite to your networks, your volunteers, your contacts? We need bodies in that room. We need voices at that table. We need you.

Because when mothers lead, when caregivers organize, when we no longer refuse to be invisible anymore, we win!
